GENERAL QUESTIONS

Learn more about Brie Grazing Boards and what makes our boards special.

A grazing board is a beautifully arranged selection of premium cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, nuts, dips, crackers and more. It's perfect for sharing and designed to bring people together over delicious food.

Boxes: 48 hours is comfortable, same-day is often possible if you order before 10am. Grazing tables: two to four weeks. Weddings and December events: three months, sometimes more.

No minimum for boxes. Grazing tables start at 20 guests, and workshops start at 6 people.

Headcount and menu changes are easy up to 72 hours before your date. After that we've already shopped for you, so we do what we can.

Card for boxes. For events we take a 30% deposit to hold your date, with the balance due the week of. Corporate clients can be invoiced net-30.

We deliver to San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Marin, Napa, Walnut Creek, Livermore — and further for events. If you're not sure, just ask.

Yes, seven days a week. Weekend event slots are limited because we only take on what we can style properly.

Refrigerated and covered, a box is genuinely good for 48 hours. Set out at room temperature, cheese is at its best after about 30 minutes and happy for three or four hours.

For outdoor summer events we bring chilled risers and swap out softer cheeses for ones that hold. We've done plenty of 90-degree Livermore afternoons.

Every board can go gluten-free — seeded GF crackers, no croutons, no breadsticks. Tell us and we'll also keep it physically separated.

Vegetarian is easy and costs the same. Vegan boards are built around marinated vegetables, hummus, olives, nuts, fruit and plant-based cheeses.

We can build fully nut-free. We'll flag it in the kitchen and on the label so nobody has to ask a stranger.

Compostable plates, napkins and small forks are included with every table and available with boxes on request.

For tables, yes — we bring them and take them back. For boxes, everything is compostable. Walnut boards can be purchased if you'd like to keep one.

Yes. Send us your invite, a mood board or a hex code and we'll style the produce, florals and ribbon to match.

We add a sweet corner to most tables — chocolate, candied nuts, seasonal fruit and mini pastries from a bakery down the road in Livermore.
