Q: Do your products contain nuts/gluten?

A: Our products may contain nuts and gluten or have been prepared in an environment that contains nuts and gluten. We will accommodate all dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee a 100% allergen free environment. 

Q: How long does a board/box last in the refrigerator?

A: We recommend eating your order within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. Please keep your order refrigerated until ready to consume. We recommend taking the board/box out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you plan on consuming as cheese is best enjoyed at room temp. 

Q: How long can I keep the board/box at room temperature?

A: It is safe to eat up until 4 hours at room temperature, after this time, we recommend it to be disposed of. 

Q: How far in advance should I place my order?

A: We recommend 3-5 business days and 1-2 weeks before during the holidays. 

Q: Do you have a delivery fee?

A: Our delivery fee is $2 per mile after the 5 mile radius from our Castro Valley pick up location

Q: For cones, how much is the stand rental?

A: To rent our cone stand it is $20, with a $100 refundable deposit (which is refunded when cone stand is returned). It is the customers responsibility to return the stand to the Castro Valley location. 

Q: Do you delivery out of state?

A: We currently do not delivery out of state. 

Q: Where do you deliver to?

A: We do delivery to the Tri-Valley Bay Area. There is a $2 fee per mile after the 5 mile radius from Castro Valley.
