Ordering, fresh, handled.
Ordering, boxes, freshness, allergies, rentals, and cancellation rules. Nothing buried.
How far ahead should I order?
Give us 3–5 business days for most orders, 1–2 weeks around holidays. Tables and events book earlier – reserve your date early.
Can I change my order after I place it?
Events: changes accepted up to one week before. Online orders: email within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Can you make a letter or number board?
Yes. Send the letter or number, your date, and guest count through the contact page.
Where do you deliver?
Boards and boxes: free Livermore pickup, or $2 per mile after the first 5 miles around the Tri-Valley. Tables, events, and workshops travel Bay-Area-wide.
Do you ship out of state?
No – everything is made fresh, so we deliver locally only.
How long does a board or box keep?
Best within 24 hours. Refrigerate until about 30 minutes before serving.
How long can it sit out at a party?
Up to 4 hours at room temperature.
What about nuts, gluten, and allergies?
Our kitchen works with nuts, dairy, and gluten, so no order is 100% allergen-free. We adjust for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free needs – tell us when you order.
How does the cone stand rental work?
$20 rental with a $100 deposit, refunded when the stand returns to Livermore.
What is your cancellation policy?
Delivery and pickup: full refund 7+ days out, 50% at 3–5 days, none inside 1 day. Workshops: 0–3 days out becomes credit toward a future class. No-shows aren’t refunded.
What sizes and pricing options are available?
Individual single-serve boxes, group boxes for roughly 4–12, and fully custom builds quoted to your headcount. Current prices live on the product pages.
Can boxed boards be customized?
Yes – sizes adjust for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free requests, and with notice we can theme boxes for brands, holidays, and events.

Grazing tables
Built on-site, before guests arrive.
How long does setup take on event day?
Most tables take 60–90 minutes; large installations 2–3 hours. We arrive ahead of guests so the table is finished before the event begins.
What does the venue need to provide?
A sturdy table with the right footage and load-in access. We bring linens, boards, risers, vessels, garnish, and styling.
Do you handle breakdown after the event?
Yes – we return at the agreed end time, clear, pack, and leave the space the way we found it.
How does grazing-table pricing work?
Priced per person, scaling with headcount, table length, and product tier. Share date, venue, and headcount and we’ll send a clear proposal.
Can the table match a theme, season, or brand palette?
Yes – florals, surfaces, and colors tailor to weddings, holidays, seasons, or brand palettes. Send inspiration with your inquiry.
