Moment One
Sizing & Guest Count
How to size a grazing table for 20, 50, 100, or 200+ guests — linear feet of styled surface, charcuterie volume per person, and how the build scales when grazing is the main attraction versus an appetizer course.
A standard 6-foot table comfortably serves 20–30 guests as an appetizer. Beyond that, we extend the build in linear feet — 8–10 feet for 50 guests, 12–16 feet for 100, and 20+ feet for 200 or more.
We size differently depending on the role. As the main attraction we plan heartier portions and a wider product mix. As an appetizer or grazing-hour spread, the volume is lighter and the styling reads cleaner.
Yes. Larger builds use multiple connected tables or a long single run, with extra serving stations and replenishment so the spread stays photogenic from start to finish.
