Everything you need to know before you book.

The most common questions we get from hosts, planners, and venues — covering how grazing tables scale by guest count, what setup looks like on event day, and how pricing, dietary needs, and themed customization come together.

01

Moment One

Sizing & Guest Count

How to size a grazing table for 20, 50, 100, or 200+ guests — linear feet of styled surface, charcuterie volume per person, and how the build scales when grazing is the main attraction versus an appetizer course.

How many guests can a single grazing table feed?

A standard 6-foot table comfortably serves 20–30 guests as an appetizer. Beyond that, we extend the build in linear feet — 8–10 feet for 50 guests, 12–16 feet for 100, and 20+ feet for 200 or more.

Is the table meant as the main meal or an appetizer?

We size differently depending on the role. As the main attraction we plan heartier portions and a wider product mix. As an appetizer or grazing-hour spread, the volume is lighter and the styling reads cleaner.

Can the table scale for a 200+ guest wedding or gala?

Yes. Larger builds use multiple connected tables or a long single run, with extra serving stations and replenishment so the spread stays photogenic from start to finish.

Moment Two

Setup & On-Site Build

Arrival window, build duration, table and surface requirements, what your venue needs to provide, and the breakdown process at the end of the night — designed to drop into your event timeline cleanly.

How long does setup take on event day?

Most builds take 60–90 minutes for a standard table and 2–3 hours for larger weddings or full-length installations. We arrive ahead of guest arrival so the table is plated, styled, and photo-ready before the first pour.

What does the venue need to provide?

A sturdy table or surface at the right linear footage, plus access to load in. We bring the linens, boards, risers, vessels, garnish, and styling. If the venue doesn't have a table, we can coordinate rentals.

Do you handle breakdown after the event?

Yes. We return at the agreed end time, clear the surface, pack out our equipment, and leave the table the way we found it. Hosts never get stuck cleaning up the spread.

Moment Three

Pricing, Dietary & Customization

Per-person pricing tiers, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free accommodations, plus themed and seasonal customization — from holiday palettes to brand-aligned styling for corporate events and weddings.

How does pricing work?

Grazing tables are priced per person and scale with guest count, build length, and product tier. We send a clear proposal once we have your headcount, venue, and date so there are no surprises.

Can you accommodate vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free guests?

Yes. We routinely build vegan and vegetarian sections, and we use clear visual cues so gluten-free guests can graze with confidence. Share allergens in advance and we plan around them.

Can the table match a theme, season, or brand palette?

Absolutely. We tailor florals, greenery, surfaces, and color palette to your event — holiday, seasonal, wedding, or corporate brand. Send your inspiration and we'll match it.
